Nucleus Systems' version of the ARM Linux kernel. What makes it different from the official one is the improved support for EDB7312 and CDB89712 boards. Ramdisk support in the kernel is added to make possible to download a single image and have Linux on the target with dynamically linked busybox, module load/unload utilities, wget, tftp and whatever you wish to put there. cs89x0 network driver was also fixed.
Another cool thing is that USB mass-storage gadget driver is included in this release. Based on Philips' PDIUSBD12 it allows you to assign any supported by this kernel block devices (that is, ide hdd, mtd flash, ramdisk, atapi cdrom, etc.) as a target media - extremely useful for any sort of embedded multimedia devices.
